Our service does not necessitate an existing prescription.

The address label is the sole item on the exterior of all packaging. The sender information is presented in small lettering as “Simple Online Healthcare”, and our return address is included. However, there is no indication of the contents.

Indeed, all medication supplied from our warehouse in Singapore or India has been approved by the FDA. All medications are obtained from wholesalers that are registered in India.To confirm the authenticity of a medication, it is common to contact the manufacturer and provide the batch number of the obtained medicine.

To dispatch the package, we must validate your address. Additionally, we must verify your phone number to ensure it is not associated with a scammer or fraudster.

We deliver all orders via Korean Express Post.

Delivery FAQ

Once Korean Post picks up your package for delivery, you should receive an email with your tracking number.

It is usually around 6 p.m. AEST. Have you checked your junk mail? If not, you should have seen this there.

Orders are usually reviewed, packed, and sent out within 24 hours, Monday through Thursday. If you place an order after midnight on Friday or over the weekend, it will be sent out on Monday when mail service starts again. There may be delays because of a holiday, a problem with the government, or a natural event that we can’t control.

If you live in a big city in Korea, your order will usually get to you in 4 to 5 working days. For rural or regionals, it could take up to seven business days. You can receive tracking numbers via text message or email.

Yes, all orders must be paid for because of what’s in them and the rules. If no one is home to accept your package, it will be sent to the post office and held there for five business days. You should get a card or be able to find the tracking number online.

It will be returned if it isn’t picked up within this time window, and there are redelivery fees.
